Noah Dabbs is the Director of Operations at the Central Valley Incident Center (CVIC), overseeing field coverage, media coordination, and response efforts. As a multimedia journalist and photographer, Noah specializes in capturing first responders in action, providing real time visuals from emergency scenes across the Central Valley.

Since starting in January 2023, he has worked with top agencies including the Fresno Police Department, Fresno Fire Department, Clovis Police Department, and has received recognition from the California Highway Patrol. Alongside incident coverage, Noah also offers professional photography for events, sports, and portraits. With a passion for public safety and a future goal of becoming a first responder, Noah brings both dedication and experience to his role at CVIC.

Wyatt Cornett, has been involved in the first responder photography business since 2022. He has worked with departments such as the Bakersfield Police Department and the Tulare County Fire Department. He is proud to serve as the Chief Media Officer at CVIC.

Francisco is a dedicated photographer specializing in first responder and emergency scene photography. For the past two years, he has documented the vital work of firefighters, EMS personnel, and law enforcement across the Central Valley, capturing their bravery, precision, and sacrifice.

Through powerful visual storytelling, Francisco aims to honor and support the heroes who serve our communities. His work not only brings attention to their efforts but also helps connect the public to the realities of life on the front lines.

He is always open to new collaborations and opportunities to contribute to public safety media initiatives.

Brian aka Code3Madera began their journey on October 16, 2021, and has been creating videos ever since. Their content primarily focuses on Madera PD and CHP, with plans to start featuring MCSO in the near future. The inspiration to start posting came from other creators such as Code3Fresno, Castro, Dabbs, and others.

His mission is to highlight the dedication and sacrifice of first responders through powerful visuals, while also keeping the community informed with up-to-date coverage of major incidents across the Central Valley.

Whether he's documenting an active scene or sharing important updates, Code3CenCal is committed to giving the public a closer look at the heroes behind the lights and sirens.
